Program Details

Badminton classes will cover rules, technique, and general play. Learn and develop skills by playing with other participants of similar skill level. Beginning: This course is designed to teach the basic skills necessary to play the game of badminton. Fitness and training principles will be discussed as well as singles and doubles strategy. Participants are encouraged to bring their own racquets. There will be a few available to borrow. Fees Students/Post-docs: $60 Staff and faculty: $110 Alumni, hospital employees, partners, spouses, retirees, dependents over 18: $120 BeWell: $60 (eligible Stanford staff and faculty who have completed their SHALA in the current year)
