No matter where you are in your running career we will work on goal setting and improving running efficiency and overall performance. One day a week will be speed work at the track. The other day will be to hone in on pacing and to get a feel for the road/trail. Special attention to running form, working smarter not harder and how to best prevent injury is integrated into each workout. The focus is on fun and overall wellness.
