Proper resistance training has been proven to not only maintain but increase muscle and strengthen bones. Learn how to get started and safely progress with Senior Strong. What you do today will determine how you will be tomorrow. Bring a towel and water. Please bring your own mat (preferably with a sticky bottom surface) to class. ”Older Adult Friendly” class
