This class will help develop the skills and strength necessary to perform the Olympic Lifts (snatch & clean and jerk). Appropriate for beginners and intermediate lifters looking to improve their foundations with hands-on coaching and progressions of the Olympic Lifts. The class will also include progressive programming to improve strength specific to the Olympic Lifts and will span 8 weeks.

***Please note that this class is designed for individuals that do have prior strength training experience. Familiarity with barbell movements such as back squats, front squats, deadlifts, and rows is STRONGLY recommended. This is not a class for general weight training. If you have any questions, please reach out to the instructor at ivitman@stanford.edu.
